Zitsa White Sec Wine – Debina Variety

Zitsa is a white sec wine made from the Greek Debina grape variety that can be found in the mountainous Epirus region(elevation between 600 and 700 meter) in north-western Greece.

This is a light sparkling wine with a sweet, fruity and elegant aromas of apple, pear and peach that can be matched with fish, white meats, appetizers and sweet deserts as an aperitif.

Due to its high susceptibility to oxidation, its consumption had remained until recently the privilege of those residing in the areas of its production.
